Cabin Notes:
- Cabin renters and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Cabin Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- You must bring your own bedding, towels, cooking utensils, etc. cabins are not supplied with them.
- Cabins and RV sites must be reserved with a valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
- A one-night’s rental (or 1st month’s rent) and refundable security deposit is charged to credit card at time of reservation.
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to cabins and RV Park. Cabin or RV guests staying a month or more it is a 14-day cancellation notice or $100 cancellation fee. (Exception: Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay and a 14-day cancellation notice).
Rec Area Notes:
- Rec Area Check-In time is 9:00 a.m. Rec Area must be vacated before 10:00 p.m. the same day.
- Rec Area rental fee is payable in full 30 days prior to reservation. First day and security deposit is paid when reservation is made.
- A $6 non-refundable reservation fee is also charged to a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover), at time of reservation.
- Overnight camping is allowed by groups renting Rec Areas and is subject to regular camping fees of $25 per unit /per night.
- A 30-day cancellation policy applies to Rec Area rentals.
