- Check-out time for Vacation Homes is 11:00 am.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vacation home.
- Holiday and special event rates may apply.
- Minimum stay requirements apply during Summer Weekends, holidays and special events.
- Up to two pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times when outside. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Speed limit throughout the park is 15 mph and is strictly enforced.
- Littering is prohibited.
- All rates subject to change without notice
- Guests must bring towels, dishes, cookware and flatware
Hualapai Cabins
- One bath (tub & shower)(excludes camping cabins)
- Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen
- Parking for 2 vehicles at front of cabin
- Propane heater, fireplace or wood burning stove (excludes camping cabins)
- Guests must bring cookware, flatware or dishes
- Guests must bring bedding or linens
- A $5 non-refundable reservation fee, along with the first night's rent, is required at the time of making a short-term reservation (Payment in full is required for holiday reservations).
- A $5 non-refundable reservation fee, along with the full first month's rent, is required at the time of making a monthly reservation.
- A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for vacation homes and RV sites in order to avoid paying a one-night rental fee.
- During holidays, special events and for all monthly reservations, a 14-day cancellation notice is required in order to avoid paying the following cancellation fees:
- Monthly RV site reservations - $100
- Monthly Vacation Home reservations - One night's rental fee
- Holiday reservations for RV sites and Vacation Homes - One night's rental fee
